The Feedback Loop

Evaluating the CEO or Executive Director on an annual basis is a key responsibility of nonprofit boards.  When it’s done right, the evaluation process can strengthen the lines of communication, re-align priorities and build a more supportive relationship between the CEO and Board.  When it’s not done right...well, you probably already know.  Use these resources to help you get off on the right foot.
